The fee includes lunch and an evening meal on the first day, and lunch for the following three workshop days. On the evening of Friday, 12. November, 2004 there will be a "Get-together Party" for all participants, organisers and sponsors. The workshop fee also includes admission to the symposium on 12. November, 2004.
